These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dream Canvas mobile application ("App") and related services operated by Dream Canvas Team ("Dream Canvas", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND AI DISCLAIMER

Dream Canvas is an entertainment application that allows users to visualize their dreams using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, receive dream analyses, and access mystical sounds.

• Nature of AI: Visual generations and text analyses within the App are created by advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. You acknowledge that AI may not always produce 100% accurate, logical, or expected results. Generated images or interpretations are fictional.
• Not Medical Advice: The "Oracle", "Dream Interpreter", or similar analysis services provided by the App are for entertainment purposes only. These services do not substitute for professional psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a professional regarding mental health issues.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND REGISTRATION

You may need to register to use certain features of the App. You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND CREDITS

4.1. Subscriptions (Premium)

Dream Canvas may offer auto-renewing subscription options such as "Weekly," "Monthly," or "Annual."

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's "Account Settings."

4.2. Consumable Items (Credits)

"Credit" packages may be sold within the App for image generation or extra features.

• Credits are "Consumable" items.
• Purchased credits are added to your account and deducted from your balance as you use them.
• No Refunds: Refunds for used credits or one-time credit packages are subject to the respective app store (Apple/Google) policies and are generally not possible.

4.3. Price Changes

Dream Canvas reserves the right to change the prices of the services or credits offered without prior notice.

5. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

You retain ownership rights to the text you input into the App ("Inputs") and the images generated from these inputs ("Outputs"), to the extent permitted by local laws.

However, by using the App, you grant Dream Canvas a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your Inputs and Outputs to provide and improve the service, train AI models, and for marketing materials.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or contains hate speech.
• Attempt to generate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or violent imagery.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's source code.
• Use the App to distribute any viruses or malicious code.

Dream Canvas reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the accounts of users who violate these rules.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App's design, logo, source code, database, and all other materials (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Dream Canvas and are protected by copyright laws.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DREAM CANVAS MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

9. CHANGES

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes become effective on the date they are posted within the App. Your continued use of the App implies your acceptance of the new terms.
